We do our best to deliver high-quality windows and doors without defects. However if, against expectations, defects occur during production, transport or delivery, please report any issue with your Rationel product as soon as you discover them.

We’ve made it easy to submit a complaint.

To submit a complain, you will need to supply the following details:

  • Order acknowledgement number
  • Product position number

Where can you find these numbers?

If your unit has glazing, you’ll find the numbers on the spacer bar between the glass panels. If it doesn’t have glazing you’ll find the numbers on the silver ID tag which is between the hinges when the unit is in the open position. Please see examples of these below.
